AppQuantum is renowned for its popular titles, including Legend of Slime, Gold & Goblins, Idle Lumber Empire, and Idle Outpost, among others.

The company is headquartered in Cyprus. Our team has 140+ people working from 18 locations, and we’re constantly looking for new professionals!

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and manage CPE activities, App Recommendations, and CPI campaigns

• Create a CPE strategy: select target events, define specific spending logic, and analyze the impact of various events on the ARPU curve

• Conduct deep analytical work and research

• Continuously search for new traffic channels and launch them

• Adjust KPI calculations

• Actively collaborate with the BI Team: set ROI goals, adjust the business model, and create fraud dashboards

• Budget planning

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 1+ years of experience with Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads

• Knowledge and experience with playtime/offerwall traffic (Mistplay, Gamelight, Exmox, Tapjoy, AdAction, CPE channels)

• B1+ level English proficiency

Nice to Have

• Experience promoting games and applications to international markets

• Experience managing monthly budgets of over $500,000

• A passion for mobile games!
