We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or similar roles within the mobile gaming industry.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, and ensure all team members are aligned with project goals.

• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address any issues that arise.

• Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed reports to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.

• Facilitate effective collaboration and communication within the project team and between departments.

• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project performance and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure optimal utilization of team skills and capabilities.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or similar roles, preferably within the mobile gaming industry.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

• High level of organization and attention to detail.

• Passion for mobile gaming and a deep understanding of the industry trends and dynamics.

• Fluent Russian, Upper-Intermediate level of English
