What are you working on?

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
β Planning, organization and supervision of testing projects, ensuring their execution on time and within budget.
β Communicating with current and potential customers, identifying their testing needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
β Management of the team of testers, as well as resource management and task allocation.
β Assessment of resource needs (human, technical, time) for each project and their effective use.
β Ensuring project documentation, including test plans, performance reports, risk analysis.
β Communication with other departments in the company, such as sales, marketing to coordinate work and solve cross-cutting issues.
β Active participation in negotiations with clients and closing of deals, ensuring mutually beneficial conditions of cooperation.
β Assessing and responding to changes in testing trends, technologies and practices, ensuring the relevance of the company's services.
β Supervision of test demo rounds with new customers
What kind of professional are we looking for?
β 5 years of experience in GameDev.
β Work experience in the position of QA Lead/QA Manager in the direction of outsource QA for gamedev in the position of 1 year.
β Advanced (C1) level of English.
β Knowledge of the basic principles and methods of software testing, understanding of different types of testing (manual, automated, regression, etc.).
β Experience in planning, coordinating and leading projects, ability to follow schedule and budget.
β Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively both orally and in writing. Ability to listen to customer needs and communicate effectively with internal teams.
β Experience in conducting negotiations, presenting products and services, closing deals.
β Ability to understand and analyze customer needs, offer solutions that meet their requirements.
β Ability to analyze information, problems and needs of customers to develop effective solutions.
