Producer (Gamedev)

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Manage projects from concept to release, overseeing the entire production cycle.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and requirements.

• Coordinate the work of teams (art, programmers, designers) to achieve common goals.

• Analyze data and KPIs to evaluate project effectiveness and build dashboards for insights.

• Collaborate with external partners and publishers.

• Act as a bridge between business and development teams, ensuring effective communication across departments.

• Work with game audiences, segmenting them for targeted engagement.

• Facilitate regular team meetings and updates to ensure alignment on project goals.

• Identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation.

• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. 

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Producer or in a similar role with successful game releases on gaming platforms.

• Experience navigating the game release cycle is a must.

• Strong understanding of game design principles, UX design, and project economics.

• Extensive gaming experience and understanding of specific markets, and trends in the gaming industry.

• Ability to work with analytical tools and gather data effectively.

• Ability to plan and manage a team to achieve results.

• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

• Systems thinking, organized, ability to adapt flexibly in changing market conditions, and high level of presentation skills.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
