Lead 3D Artist (Environment)

We are in the early stage of making a few 3D mobile games (nonviolent strategies mid-core games + RPG) as well as a 3D movie associated with one of the games. Our goal is to create well-designed products and we develop our own game engine.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

- Active work with outsourced artists: writing a technical assignment, monitoring the progress of work, receiving and adapting work according to the style of the game;
- Refinement of existing models and textures.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

- Ability to create the technical requirement documentation for 3d environment creation;
- Understanding modularity, design principle and the mechanism of location creation (grey box, block out, etc.)
- Strong professional portfolio with high-quality 3D environment examples
