Game Designer/Game Producer (Casino)

We are an iGaming company, founded by a group of dedicated professionals over three years ago, currently employing a team of 500+ individuals. Our portfolio consists of more than 10 successful brands catering to Tier 1-3 countries.

Due to our decision to launch a new product - creating our own games, we are seeking an experienced Game Designer/Game Producer. As this is a new direction for the company, you will have the opportunity to participate in launching the product from scratch, enjoying all the benefits of a startup within an existing company.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Develop and manage project backlogs, roadmaps, documentation

• Research trends and preferences to identify opportunities for game concepts

• Coordinate team across the game development process

• Contribute to game design and product development with new ideas

• Monitor and manage the game’s player data, game metrics

• Maintain game economy

• Review and approve external contractor's invoices

• Prepare in-line documentation

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 1+ years experience as a Game Producer

• 4+ years experience as a Game Designer

• Good knowledge of English, from intermediate level

• A passion for/good knowledge of casino

• Experience managing a team of 10+ team members (programmers, artists, animators, UI, QA, etc.)

• Understanding of production processes, software development processes, project management, and agile methodologies, and testing

• Experience analyzing data and new trends to identify new product solutions

• In-depth knowledge of game analytics (gambling) and metrics, as well as options for improving them
  
  Good to have:

• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics

• Experience with product management

• Good understanding: Game design, Game balance

• Experience working with remote team from different countries
